2008 in Missions–A Look Back
As the open doors of the 90’s have been closing to the Gospel in Russia and other nations of the former USSR, in 2008 IRRTV began to step up efforts to spread the Gospel through the media in these nations while there is still time. We don’t know what tomorrow will hold, we can only thank the Lord Jesus that we still have today in which to work in these increasingly difficult places.
2008 also saw unprecidented use of media to spread the Good News in Israel in three languages, working together with local congregations and churches throughout the HolyLand. No one expected big results, but to God be the glory; there was a harvest to be brought in from the fields!
This program takes a look back at 2008 and a forecast of what (God willing), IRRTV has planned in media based missions work for 2009.
